I run B2B marketing and GTM for companies that need a senior strategist without a full-time hire.
In 2017 I set up my first LinkedIn automation. It won Facebook Gaming and Star Trek as clients. Then my partners left with the money in the bank, and I paid out of my own pocket to deliver the projects end to end and collect the final cheques. The relationship failed, and the projects failed with it.
The same year I joined scandiweb, an eCommerce agency, and built its account management department from zero to 130+ accounts, including The New York Times, PUMA, The Met Museum and Läderach. Marketing ran alongside the whole time. Sitting across the table from clients, I kept hearing what they wanted and rarely got.
I closed that chapter, took some time off and went back to marketing full time, with one belief: you earn the right to teach, challenge or offer insight through the relationship first. Never the other way round.
Manual work scales linearly with headcount. Systems allow you to scale exponentially.
Marketing sits under the illusion buyers sign on logic. Every decision is also emotional. Written into every framework.
There can be something subconscious where the buyer does not trust you. Human emotion is not a soft variable. It is the variable.
Salespeople have been taught to offer insight, teach, challenge, and add value. That only works if the person doing it is themselves valuable.
Services firms selling engineering capacity. Outbound is saturated, delivery is the differentiator.
Product-led teams that still need enterprise outbound. Where the buyer committee is unclear, the ICP shifts monthly, and the CRM has more dead than live. The practice unblocks that.
Merchants and the platforms that serve them. The practice rebuilds KAM portfolios, tightens ABM pilots and aligns marketing with business development and sales.
I work 1:1 with your leadership team as a fractional CMO: embedded part-time, no agency layer, no juniors in between. The work is ABM pilots, autonomous outbound engines, dead-CRM reactivation and marketing operations that survive the departure of any single person. Engagements run 2 to 12 months, priced per engagement rather than per month.
